Martin Gomez is an Argentine-born screenwriter based in Los Angeles. He has optioned several projects and has worked on multiple freelance writing assignments for film and television. His psychological horror feature She’s Still Here had Christina Ricci, Ali Larter, and Jennifer Carpenter attached. Martin specializes in comedy and horror. He is a graduate of the screenwriting program at California State University, Northridge.
Amy Do Thurlow-Gomez is a writer and filmmaker currently living in Los Angeles, California. Her writing spans two very different genres: dramedy and horror, both of which she uses to tell stories of identity, heart, and humanity. Most recently, Amy wrote “The Legend of the Rollerblades,” an episode of the Kerry Washington and Delroy Lindo-led family dramedy UNPRISONED. The season is now available on Hulu. Previously, Amy co-wrote the penultimate episode of GOTHAM KNIGHTS “City of Owls” which aired in 2023 on the CW. Her episode of TWO SENTENCE HORROR STORIES “Crush” premiered in 2022 on the CW and is currently streaming on Netflix. Amy graduated from the USC School of Cinematic Arts with a degree in Film and Television Production.
Martin and Amy both grew up to become storytellers – thriving on the connection and expression of the human experience that only filmmaking can achieve. Upon meeting, they instantly bonded over their love of writing and expression. They began dating and soon realized that their shared sensibilities and pursuits made working together a no-brainer. Together they’ve written multiple pilots and features. They recently got married, doubling down on their commitment to collaboration in every way possible.
